Health and Fitness Training
A warm-up routine is done at the start of every class. The warm-up routine includes all activities that scientifically prepare the body for the demands that are about to be placed on it. Usually, exercises such as jumping jacks, sit-ups, push-ups etc. are used for the cardiovascular effects and to raise the body temperature. This is followed by stretching and activities like squats, light kicking etc.
